“How do I record? How do I edit?? How do I connect my microphone?!?”
In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of how-to record and edit sounds using equipment available to Harvard affiliates through the Music Labs.
In this workshop, we will discuss microphones, audio interfaces, editing software – the overall production/post-production workflow.
We will touch upon the differences in recording instrumental, vocal, and real-world sounds as well as how to edit, mix, and render these recordings.
